The Empire of the Elect is composed of those who are children of faith in God. It is the saints who will rule the world. The meek shall inherit the earth. We shall rule and reign with Jesus the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. The wicked will perish from the earth.
Jesus came the first time to bring salvation and save mankind from destruction. He came to save our souls from eternal separation from God. He came to deliver us from the power of satan, from the power of darkness. He died on a cross to shed his blood and give his life so that he could pay the penalty for our sins, show his love for us, and give us his perfection. This comes only by trusting in him and it is as simple as trusting in him.
Look at the cross. Look at its' shape. See how it is formed. Upon that form died the Son of God and upon that tree oozed the blood of the sinless lamb. When Jesus returns it will not be as a lamb. It will be as a lion. He will return not with a cross, but with a sword. The wicked have had their chance to repent and turn to him. The wicked have been given time to willingly come to Jesus. In the end, they will be destroyed from off the face of the earth and the Sons of God will take over the world. Jesus will come wielding a sword and the slain of the Lord will be millions upon millions.
Jesus came with mercy the first time. The second time He will come with judgment. ETERNAL JUDGMENT. If you do not accept his love, but remain a hater of God, you will be punished in the fire that never dies and is never quenched.
Which do you want? The cross or the sword?
